1. Send us the CAD drawing of your area that you wanna build the amusement park or theme park
2, Choose the amusement rides. We have almost hundreds of rides with different size for you to choose.
Including the family rides, kiddie rides, heavy thrilling rides
3, After you choose the rides, our designer will do the CAD layout drawing for you to confirm. This CAD drawing is for free.
4, After you confirm the CAD layout drawing, we could do the 3D effect drawing for you to check. This drawing is fee based. The charge is depend on the size of the area.
5, After you confirm the 3D drawing, we could confirm the rides and then we start producing the amusement rides for you accordingly
6, Delivery the amusement rides to you
7, Install the amusement rides for you or guide you to install them
8, Training about the amusement rides

Answer: Factory, so we can provide the products at a very competitive price.
Q2.What is the lead time of an order?
Answer: It depends on the quantity. Normally we can arrange shipment after 15 to 20 working days.
Q3.Does your company accept customization?
Answer: Yes, we do both OEM & ODM. And we have a professional design team and a
consulting team to provide clients with amusement park planning, design, equipment
selection, project construction and operation consulting.
Q4,what certificates your factory pass?
Answer:Yes,we have approved by SGS, CE, and the most important thing is we have the certificates that is approved by National regulation. All of our products are legal. When you
choose the supplier, please make sure your supplier has this kind of certificate or else it may
be close suddenly.
Q5,What about the MOQ?
Answer:MOQ is 1 piece. While for the bumper car, we suggest that you purchase 10 pcs at
the least to make sure the amusement atmosphere.
Q6:How about payment
Answer: We accept the payment method like TT, Cash, Western Union, L/C. Normally deposit
30% before production and balance paid before shipment.
Q7. How to install them?
Answer: We provide detailed installation drawing and videos freely. Dispatch engineer and
workers to your place if needed.
Q8.Can you design for my new park?
Answer: It's convenient to provide you design drawing according to your park area. Besides equipment also can be customized according to your needs.
Q9.If your company can arrange your engineers to fix and repair my machines in my company?
Answer:Yes, We can send engineers to your company, and we have always provided
this service. While please note the installation fee, rounds tickets and hotel fee
should be at your expense.
Q10,.Whether the voltage and plug of your products will come with my standard?
Answer:We will check the Voltage and plug with customer and produce
machines as per the customer's standard.
Q11, Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
Answer: Our factory is located in Guangdong Province, Zhongshan City. Only 1.5 hours
by car from Guangzhou Baiyun airport to our factory. We could arrange picking you up in
the airport.
Q12: How do you control the quality?
Answer:1.For the raw material, we only use famous brand and we do inspection
frequently.
